EDINBURGH & LEITH WITH GRANTOWN & OTHER SUBURBS (c. 1854), by G. H. Swanston, published by Fullarton & Co, London & Edinburgh. The original is a mere 9" x 5.3" (230mm x 135mm), but very highly detailed, and the engraving is of such a high quality that it permits considerable enlargement.

The Caledonian Railway’s Granton branch and the Albert Dock at Leith are shown, along with new building to the south of the city.

As with the contemporary Edinburgh map, very highly detailed, with high quality engraving that permits considerable enlargement.
