Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit card payments in €Euros and $AUS, NZ and US as well as £Sterling.

Each set of maps has its own order form(s) with checkboxes for individual maps. To order, simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase, then ‘UK & Europe’ or ‘World’, which will automatically add the appropriate postage rate (£1.50 UK &  Europe,   £2.50 for the rest of the world) to the price of your maps. Clicking on ‘Submit’ will take you to our secure on-line facility at WORLDPAY, where you may enter your card details, mailing address, and preferred currency in total confidence.

Should you prefer to pay by cheque (£Sterling only), use the form to calculate the cost of your maps and the postage rate, then post your order to:

How Soon Can I Expect My Maps?

Orders received between Friday and Thursday are dispatched the .following Saturday. All UK orders are mailed 1st class and should arrive within three-four days of dispatch. Overseas orders may take anything from seven to fourteen days to arrive. Please notify us immediately if you have not received your maps by these times.

There will be some occasions when we are unable to get your maps off to you quite so quickly—if we have received a particularly large number of orders, or because we are on holiday! If this is the case, we will let you know immediately.

Discounts on Bulk and Academic Orders

Orders for 4-10 sets of Village Atlas maps receive a 15% discount. Please order in the normal fashion—we shall automatically refund the discounted amount at the end of the month you placed your order. Customers paying by cheque may make the adjustment themselves.

Ordering from Different Pages?

And concerned about duplicating postage and packing costs? No problem! We just refund you the excess.

Our Refund Policy

In four years we’ve had maybe six dissatisfied customers out of several thousand, from which fact we draw the obvious conclusion that the great majority of people are very happy indeed with the quality and value of our maps and prints. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your order, simply return it to us in the original packaging, and we’ll give you an instant no-quibble refund, excluding the original postage cost. Our one exception is if you entered an incorrect order. If you are in any doubt, always check with us first!
